how to post screenshots:
1. press Print Sceen SysRq
2. open paint
3. ctrl v (paste)
4. save as
5. register on imageshack - http://imageshack.us/
6. upload ur img on imageshack
7. go to My Images
8. view ur img
9. copy ur imgs URL
10. now use [img][/img] ->
11. paste ur imgs url between [img][/img]
12. like this but without the dot (.) - [img.]ur.imgs.url.here[/img]
